Hyde Chapel Cemetery, Iowa Co., WI, USA
Notes: The church was first named (?) The Mill Creek Church. In 1878 it was renamed the Mill Creek Congregational Church, next the Hyde Congregational Church. The church disbanded in 1957 and there is a monument that says:
Hyde Chapel: In loving memory of the pioneers who provided a place of worship and of rest. 1862
The monument is newer but church est 1862. An article indicates it was called the Union Church at one time. It was relatively non-denominational as folks of various faiths worshiped there, were baptized, married, and buried there, including our family with NW Lutheran roots.
